Mall Redevelopment Proposal - Started January 20, 2025

Summary:

This project, which I started on January 20, 2025, is my first major redevelopment proposal project.
I successfully completed all-new branding, marketing, interior and exterior designs,
financial data spreadsheets, and a phased redevelopment master plan for the mall.

The above images are clay renders of a Quincy Place Mall road sign, and a mall anchor store facade.

Graphic Design

The above logo is a Sears concept logo I made, taking inspiration from
the 1950s Sears logo, while keeping a modern look.

The above logo is a modern Herberger's department store concept logo I made. The rose icon was painted in Photoshop.

The Herberger's logo and mall logo were created with Adobe Illustrator. The Sears logo was created with Inkscape.

My other websites, and additional information

I am located in Ottumwa, Iowa, but am looking to relocate to the Burlington, Vermont area as soon as I have
the funds to do so.

I am a quiet but efficient worker; most projects are of high quality.
I am very thorough.

I tend to ask questions, I am very open to learning new things.
I'm fair, but stern when I have to be, when asking questions.

I am not college-educated, therefore I am limited to positions that do not require a degree,
however, I do have a broad skillset in urban planning and design.
